Steps

Peel, wash and cut yam into big cubes, place on fire and add little salt and sugar in it

Grate scotch bonet, bell pepper and onions, make sauce with it adding all your spices and seasoning

Sieve yam, allow to strain and turn it in a bowl, mesh the yam lightly and add two eggs in it, chop onions, turn in sauce and mix all together

Whisk egg in a clean bowl and keep aside, (i wasn't having bread crumbs or corn flakes and i need it at that minute so i used some semovita) put some semo in a plate and keep aside too

Add little seasoning and parsley to your semo

Mould your yam mix into balls, put it in your egg, roll on semo, put in egg and fry till brown

Add lettuces ketchup and mayo in a plate, place in yam balls and serve hawwwwt 😋
