Ingredients

30 minutes

4 person

250 gramChicken boneless
1/2 cupyogurt
1/2 cupbesan
2 tbspcorn flour
2 tbspAchari masala
Achari Masala Powder
1/2 tspginger paste
1/2 tspgarlic paste
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspred chilli flakes
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tspkalonji
Oil for frying

30 minutes

Take pan add chicken boneless, yogurt,besan and achari masala.

Then add all dry spices, corn flour, Lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.

Then add kalonji and mix well.

Take a piece of chicken and put in the oil for deep frying.

Serve hot with your favourite sauce 😋.
