This is simple yet powerful breakfast. You don't need to cook Sambhar to enjoy this recipe.

Soak the rice and daal for overnight. Grind it in the grinder. Add salt in that. Keep it for fermentation for overnight or minimum 8 hours.

Grease the idli mould with ghee and pour the ladleful batter. Steam it for 10 minutes. Demould it.

Collect all chuteny ingredients together in mixie jar. Grind it with a little water.

Prepare the seasoning. Take a pan. Add urad, mustard, curry leaves, dried red chilli and asafoetida. Pour it into the chutney. Mix it. Serve with idli.
