Steps

Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Besan), Salt, white zeera, Ajwein, Red chili powder, green chilli finely chopped, garlic clove finely chopped. & mix all the dry ingredients.

Then add water & make a liquid paste.

Peel potato and cut into round slices.

Dip slices in the batter and fry until golden brown.

Now Potato Pakora is ready to Serve with ketchup, Mayonnaise..
