In a bowl sieve refined flour add salt,carrom seeds oil about 1/4 cup make tight dough by adding lukewarm water cover with cotton cloth and rest for about 10 minutes

Take small ball size dough and make small ball of all dough.

Roll with rolling pin make thick matri and prick with fork.

Make all dough same manner and keep a side

In a kadai add oil for frying when hot deep fry all matri in batches till light golden in color from both sides.

Remove on paper plates and cool completely. Can store it in airtight container and serve as needed for later with tea or coffee and enjoy it with achar or sabji or can eat as you like.
