Ingredients

  • 2 cupbasmati rice
  • 1 cupsoya chunks
  • 1/2 cup whole masoor
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspdhaniya jeera powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspBiryani masala
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 1 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tbspdry mint leaves
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 cuponion
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • sticksWhole elaichi, black pepper, tej patta, cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Take soya chunks and masoor add water and soke for10 mins an keep for boiling.

  2. 2

    Take rice soak for 10 minutes take pan oil water, salt add rice and keep for15 -20 minutes an rice is ready.

  3. 3

    Take pan add oil all whole garam masala, onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste. Add soya chunks and masoor.

  4. 4

    Add all dry masala, salt and kasoori methi. Mix it well.

  5. 5

    Then add rice and mix it well.
