Ingredients

5-10 minutes
2 people
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspnutmeg powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredWater (for batter)
  • as requiredPaneer,green chill,salt (for filling)
  • as requiredOil (for cooking)

Steps

5-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Serve the flour, mix the ingredients together and lastly add water and make lump free batter

    Spread oil on tawa. Take batter and spread evenly on tawa. When one side cooked then flip it and Cooked another side of chilla.

    Cook from both side. Then fill the filling. Serve it with sauce.
