Wash all the Dals thoroughly. Soak them for about 2 hours seperately.

After 2 hours, grind the Dals along with ginger and green chillies. Add little water to grind it into a coarse mixture.

Add salt and garam masala. Mix well.

Spread a laddleful of batter on the tawa. Cook the chilla from both the sides. If required spread oil.

Serve hot with grated cheese or tomato sauce.
