Crispy Butter Rice Balls

My family's recipe! Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or as a snack.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1bowl plus Hot cooked rice
  2. 1half a small pack * Bonito flakes
  3. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1 dash* Salt
  5. 1Vegetable oil
  6. 10 gramsButter
  7. 1 tbspSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the rice with the ingredients and shape into rice balls. Form them firmly so they don't crumble later.

  2. 2

    Thinly spread vegetable oil in a pan and fry the rice balls on both sides until browned.

  3. 3

    Add butter in the middle and when it's melted, drizzle soy sauce so it mixes with the butter.

  4. 4

    Gently coat with the rice balls and they're done!
