Ingredients

  1. 4flour tortillas
  2. 1 1/2 cupscheese shredded
  3. 1medium jalapeño diced
  4. 3mini sweet peppers diced
  5. 1 canblack bean refried beans
  6. 1medium onion diced
  7. 1small can enchilada red sauce
  8. 1 canbush's taco Fiesta black beans
  9. 1 lbground meat
  10. 1 canFire roasted diced tomatos
  11. 1 pkcheesey taco seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Dice up all peppers and onion, then add to pot, add ground meat (I used ground chicken) fire roasted tomatoes.

    Cook till meat is done, then add in the taco Fiesta black beans and seasoning pk and stir till well mixed

    In a round baking pan place tortilla, then enchilada sauce, refried beans, meat mixture, cheese. And continue layering, once you have all layers you want top it with one more tortilla, red sauce, refried beans, and cheese.

    Then place in oven and bake on 350° for 30 minutes. Then slice and eat.

    Optional toppings:
    Sour cream
    Avocado
    Guacamole
    Salsa
