Steps

In a pot Add oil and onion fry until golden Brown,take out half quantity of fried onion for later use.

Add Ginger garlic paste and mix and cook until saute then add tomatoes and mix well

Cover and cook for 2 minutes then add beef boti cook until meat tender.add Water, mix and bring it to boil cover and cook on low flame until meat is properly cooked.

Add Red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, kashmiri red chili powder,salt, Black peppercorns,star anise, Black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick and Bay leaf, Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. add yogurt and mix well

Add lemon juice and fresh coriander,mix well and cook until oil separates and set a side

In a separate pot add boiled rice and beef gravy masala lemon and tomato slice fresh Coriander leave and repeat same step again

In a water add Yellow food colour and mix well,drizzle over biryani cover and steam cook on low flame for 8 minutes garmish with onion and serve with raita

Beef biryani is ready now serve it
