For the dough...
Sieve five cups of flour in a bowl, add baking powder, two seasoning cubes and sugar, mix well, add the margarine and rub thoroughly, pour in the sardine oil and rub, break in one egg mix thoroughly, now pour in 30 Cl of very cold water and knead until all the flour is incorporated, cover and allow to rest for one hour. - 2
For the filling...
Add 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the diced onion and allow to sizzle, add the diced carrots, scotch bonnet and cucumber, mash the sardine and add to the pan, add 11/2 seasoning cube, fennel powder and stir, allow to cook for 2 minutes. - 3
Divide the dough into 15 balls, flatten each dough and add 1 tablespoon each of the filling, cover into a pie and merge the end with a fork, place in a baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven for 5-7 minutes (depending on the hotness of the oven), remove from the oven and brush the surface with margarine

Serve and enjoy 😋, this measurement will give 15 pieces of mini fish pie.
