Walnuts have pretty much all the benefits. The shape of a nut is like the shape of the brain, it is very beneficial for the brain. In addition to the brain, nuts are also very beneficial for bones, heart, and liver. Walnuts have more vitamins and nutrients than any other dried fruit. Such as.Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Biotin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Omega 3, Omega 6, and Iron. Seen in this way, it is appropriate to call walnut the king of dried fruits.
The taste of walnuts is slightly bitter, so it often happens that children are reluctant to eat walnuts, but if the children are given walnut burfi, the children will eat it and this walnut burfi will be so tasty that everyone, will taste it very much. Keep licking.
