Cooking Instructions

Prep: Tear the cabbage up into bite-sized pieces. Cut the ginger into thin strips. Chop the scallions as well.

Slice the chicken tender diagonally and spread the yuzu pepper paste.

In a microwave safe plate, spread the cabbage and arrange the chicken and ginger. Sprinkle with sake.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Just enough to cook through the chicken.

Garnish with the scallions. Pour over the ponzu sauce.
