Gobhi Capsicum Paneer Sabzi

Steps

Take florets of cauliflower(gobhi) medium in size. Cut capsicum cubes chop onions tomatoes ginger garlic chillies. Blanch the gobhi in water till it softens.

Saute cauliflower and capsicum in oil. Add salt so that it doesn't taste bland. Keep aside

In the same pan add some oil. Saute onions ginger garlic chillies for some time. When the onion soften add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder Dhanya jeera garam Masala and some red chilli paste
Then add the tomatoes and let it simmer till oil seperates out - 4
Add the cauliflower florets. Also add the Capsicum. Whisk the thick curd and pour it over the vegetables in the pan. Add some water Cover with a plate containing water so that the sabzi cooks well

Check after 15 minutes if the cauliflower florets have softened and if the masalas have blended well.
Now add the paneer cubes. Let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
Remove in a container
Garnish with cilantro and kasuri methi
Serve hot with parathas or chappatis
