Steps

  1. 1

    Using a sharp knife, make diagonal cuts on two opposite sides of the bratwursts.

    Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet. Brown and cook the bratwursts thoroughly.

    Serve the warm potato salad topped with bacon, the braised cabbage, and the bratwursts on plates. Sprinkle with some chopped green onions and parsley.
