Together all ingredients, in a bowl heat 2 tbsp oil,off the flame add basen roast it.

Add salt, turmeric,red chilli powder,curd,coriander powder1/2 tbsp mint leaves, 1/2 tsp carom seeds,peel & diced,petals 2 onion,capsicumcubes,cut paneer in square shape.add in besan masala bowl for marination.mix without breaking paneer cube.cover & keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Chopped onion & tomato in small pieces,heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds 1 black big cardamom,sauté now add chopped onion fry it until golden,add turmeric, salt, cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,sauté for 1 minute now add chopped tomatoes mix well,cook it for 5 minutes on low flame,open the lid stir it.

Now open marinated paneer bowl mix it once again,skew the paneer & veggies,grill on open fire on gas.Add water & remaining besan masala in gravy mix properly cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes add grilled paneer tikka with onion,capsicum.gently mix it,cover it & cook for 5 minutes on low flame,stir it.add 1/2 tsp garam masala mint leaves,coriander if you have kasuri methi then add 1 tbsp cover it for 7 minutes. Again mix well & serve in a serving bowl.

Tasty & delicious paneer tikka masala is ready.serve with paratha,nan,rice.
