Wash rice and dal properly soak it for 3 hours. Then grind it in mixer.

Add curd in this beater again grind it. Put it formenting for 5 hours.

Then add turmeric powder and salt stir it well. Add soda in it and mix it well.

Put steamer on high flame. Spread oil on plate than spread beater on it. sprinkle red chilli powder.

Cook for 10 minutes. Cheak it with knife. Apply oil on it cut it in squares.

Ready to serve live dhokla.
