  • 1/2 kgtomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspred chillies
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • Oilfor fry

    Cut &peel bitter gourd(karelay).

    Add saltmix and leave for 1 hour then wash

    Hot oil and fry karely tiil golden brown &dish out.

    Fry onion in same oil when golden add tomato
