Steps

Heat butter in a pan, add chili, ginger, garlic & saute it.

Add flour & roast it for 2-3mins. Gradually add milk to make a white sauce.

Then add oregano, chili flakes, salt & black pepper powder.

Add broccoli florets & little water. Cover & cook for 5 mins. Let it cool a little.

Blend well. Add water & keep it on flame.

Add cream & mix. Let it boil.

Serve hot.
