Ingredients

  1. 1Tamarind - lemon size
  2. as requiredWater
  3. as per tasteSalt -
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds -
  5. 1 tspWhole Pepper -
  6. 5 piecesGarlic -
  7. 1Tomato -
  8. 1/4 cupCoconut milk -
  9. For tempering
  10. 1 tspMustard seeds -
  11. 2Dry red Chilli -
  12. as per needCurry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the tamarind in a water for sometime and mix well with water.

    Take Cumin seeds, Pepper and garlic and crush them

  3. 3

    Smash the tomato into a tamarind water and add some crushed Pepper mix.. Then add some turmeric powder, Cumin and Pepper mixed masala and some salt

    Heat a kadai and add some oil.. Once it is hot add mustard seeds, dry red Chilli Pepper crushed mix and some curry leaves

    Pour the mix into it.. Once it starts to boil add the coconut milk into it and make it to start boil and add Coriander leaves.. switch off the flame.
