Chinese egg fried Rice

Boil rice with salt 1tbsp and vinegar, take out and strain, its better to cook them few hrs ahead.

Heat oil and fry garlic than add all veggies save some green onions for topping, now in another pan lightly fry /scrumb eggs.

Add, black pepper powder and salt, just fry for few mins than add boiled rice than fried scrambledeggs mix well and some soy sauce, and put on dum for few mins.
