  • 400 mlWater
  • 1Aburaage
  • 10cm Green onions
  • 3 gramsDried wakame
  • 1 blockTofu
  • 50 mlShiro-dashi

Steps

  1. 1

    Reconstitute wakame in plenty of water and set aside.

    Place the water, aburaage, and green onions in a pot and bring to a boil.

    When it boils, add wakame, tofu, and shiro-dashi. It's done when it reaches a boil again.
