Ingredients

  1. 3 cansSan Marzano tomatoes
  2. 3 cansfire roasted tomatoes
  3. 90 GmBasil
  4. 30 GmOregano
  5. 45 GmPepper
  6. 150 Gmsalt
  7. 300 GmCalabrian Chilis, no stem
  8. 300 Gmwhole clove garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine tomatoes, picked basil, picked oregano, stemless chilis, salt, and pepper in large cambro

  2. 2

    Fry the garlic for 90 seconds and add to the rest of the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients using and immersion blender.
