Cooking Instructions

Take a jar. Break biscuits into small pieces and make a fine powder

In biscuit powder add milk and mix it well. Then add baking powder and soda OR add eno (1sachet).mix it well

Per heat a pan for 5 mins on high flame.

Mix all ingredients in one direction. And add chopped almonds and cashew and Cocoa powder and chocolate powder and few drops of vanilla essence and mix it well.

Take a cake tin and grease it with butter and place a butter paper.

Pour a batter in cake tin. And keep a cake tin on low flame for 40 mins.

After 40 min remove a cake from cake tin. And let it cool for 10 mins.

For garnishing cake: melt white and milk chocolate by microwave or by double bolwbing method.

Cover a cake with milk and white chocolate gaunche and Keep it for 10 mins in freeze.

After 10 mins cover cake with chopped almonds.

Cake is ready to serve.
