240 gramsCake flour
240 gramsTofu
120 gramsSugar
10 gramsBaking powder

Steps

Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and briskly mix together.

Add the tofu and knead it in with your hands.

Fry the batter in oil heated to 160-180°C until they look done.
4

Coat them with sugar while they are still hot.
