I came up with this recipe when I was lazy to to make lunch for one!

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 pieceHot spring egg - soft poached egg
  2. 1/2 cloveGrated garlic
  3. 1 tbspor more Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tbspButter
  5. 1Salt and pepper
  6. Toppings:
  7. 1Bacon (or Sausage)
  8. 1as much (to taste) Mushroom or Vegetables

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ingredients as well as the poached egg into a deep dish for pasta. You don't have to melt the butter. For the salt, go light to adjust later to taste.

    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as the instructions on the package. Remove from heat to drain.

  4. 4

    While the pasta is cooking at Step 3, sauté the bacon. Add mushroom or vegetables if you wish.

  5. 5

    Toss the piping pasta in the the reserved sauce and sprinkle salt to taste. Serve immediately garnished with the bacon and it's done.
