Put the shirasu in a heatproof dish, swirl in sesame oil and stir. Microwave for 30 seconds at 700 W.

Add the soy sauce and microwave for 30 seconds.

Beat the eggs and add the sake, green onion and Step 2. Roll the eggs into a tamagoyaki, or make scrambled eggs if you're strapped for time.
