First take dahi (curd) in one vessel & add one cup water & mix it with blender so no lumps are formed

Now cut rotis into small pieces & chopped onions & coriander
& put all dry masalas in buttermilk - 3
Now add cut roti in buttermilk &prepare ingredients for making, chopped onions, green Chilli, garlic & coriander & take curry leaves

Now heat oil in pan add mustard seeds then cumin seeds & hing Then add garlic, green Chilli & curry leaves

Then add chopped onions & when they are translucent add prepared roti mixture in it & stir properly & Then coriander in it & give it a quick stir
Close the lid and remain on gas on low flame for 5 minutes - 6
Now put off the flame & remain it for 10 minutes
Then your delicious Manorama is ready to serve
You can eat in your break fast or afternoon snack
