Steps

Firstly, in a large Kadai heat milk. use full-fat milk.
Stir occasionally to prevent milk from sticking to the bottom, get it to boil, and cook. - 2
Meanwhile, in a saucepan add jaggery and 1/4cup water, cook till jaggery dissolve. Turn off the flame. Keep it aside.
Here I use Date palm jaggery, you can use any of your choices. - 3
Keep stirring on low flame, to prevent milk from burning. When the milk reduces to 1/4th. Seave jaggery syrup over it, and add crushed cardamom. Stir often and cook.
Note.. freshly crushed cardamom is always more aromatic than powder that's why I choose crushed one. - 4
Continue to cook on low flame till the mixture separates from the pan.

Serve palkova hot / chilled or make peda and Serve.
