  • 3potatoes
  • leavesMint
  • Onions
  • Scotch bonnet
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Chicken
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Seasoning

Steps

    Peel potatoes and boil. Blend with small amount of water

  2. 2

    Heat 5tbls oil in a pan, add chopped onion and grated scotch bonnet and fry for a mins add minced chicken and stir for 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Add blended potatoes and stir for 5 mins add a cup of milk and keep stirring add seasoning and mints leaves.

  4. 4

    Is ready to serve.🤫
