  1. 1 cupgreen moong dal
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  5. 2 tbsptamarind sweet chutney
  6. 1 tspchaat masala
  7. 1/4 tsprock salt
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbsppomegranate
  11. 2 tbspnylon sev

    Wash and soak the whole green moong for 6-8 hours.

    Now boil the moong dal in pressure cooker 1 whistle. Do not over cook and keep aside

    Take a bowl, add boiled moong dal, chopped onion, tomato, chaat masala, rock salt, lemon juice, salt and mix well.

    Then pour sweet tamarind chutney and chopped coriander leaves.

    Garnish with some nylon sev and pomegranate.

    Green moong dal chaat is ready to serve.
