Steps

Roast Fennel seeds on low flame until aromatic.

In a Mortar and Pestle crush fennel seeds, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper.

Heat water adds crushed spices. Keep the flame on low-medium. Once it's come to boil, turn off the flame.

Cover the pan keep it to influence the nutrients and flavor of spices for 2-3 minutes.
Seave in a serving cup and squeeze some lemon juice. - 5
Serve hot. The best time to consume this tea is after a meal (Lunch or Dinner). Enjoy 😊.
