Steps

Take big round potatoes and par boil in salted water.
Cut from the center and scoop the flesh(A)

Deep fry the potatoes in hot oil till golden and crisp.

Then take a bowl, add chopped onion, boiled potatoes, chopped tomato, pomegranate, all masalas, chopped green coriander, green chutney, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, mix all together.

Apply green chutney inside the fried potato shells and sprinkle chat masala.
Then stuff with the mixture and arrange in the serving plate.
Garnish with namkin sev and, dot with tomato ketchup.
