Ingredients

  • 200 gmuraddal
  • 50 gmmoong dal
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 1 tspblackpepper crossed
  • 1 tsphingmix with water
  • 1/2chopped coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & soak the uraddal& moong dal 4hours.Than grind the uraddal to make a paste by adding water.Transfer a mixing bowl mix all ingredients.

    The batter is like this consistency.greased a cake tin.Heat a heavy bottom pan add 1 glass of water,put a stand.

    Than put the batter tin on stand.cover the pan & Steam it 20 to 25 mints.Mathapuli is ready.Cool it &transfer a plate cut it pieces.

    Offer to load Jagarnath with tulsi.
