Heat ghee in a pan. Add boiled and mashed potatoes to it.

Cook on medium heat until potatoes are slightly browned. It will take approximately 10-15mins.

Add milk,sugar and cardamon powder on low flame. Cook for 8-10mins.

Add dry fruits and mix well. Aloo ka halwa/sheera is ready to serve. Serve hot.

Note:- you can substitute the potatoes with sweet potatoes and can make the halwa with the same process.(shakarkandi halwa)
