French Toast with Banana Soymilk

I wanted to create a breakfast with nice aromas in order to start the day off cheerfully.
When heating the banana sauce, put the banana slice into a deep heatproof container without covering.
Don't overcook, or the sauce will boil over.
If using sugar instead of Pal Sweet, double the amount listed. Sprinkle some lemon juice on the banana to prevent it from changing colour. Recipe by vegeful

This recipe is inspired by the Nutella and banana crepes sold by Parisian street vendors. Since I can't make crepes worth a darn, I made French toast instead. It's not the same, but my daughter didn't seem to mind. Robert Gonzal -

French Toast French Toast
I wanted to eat French toast soaked in a milky mixture. When soaking the bread in the egg mixture, hold it firmly so it is coated well and evenly. Leave it in the mixture to soak and you'll get a nice melting texture. It will be as if it had been rested for a day. Recipe by Gakkoiburi cookpad.japan -
