Wash mushrooms and keep it in boiling water for sometime

Completely dry mushroom and add curd gram flour salt red chilli powder red Kashmiri powder dried Methi one lemon to it and mix it well

Keep this marination for around 1 hour

Preheat the Appam pan one by one keep the marinated mushrooms in the pan

Cover the pan and keep changing the sides of the mushroom
- 6
Cook until golden brown and enjoy homemade Mushroom Tikka
