Boil the milk.Then heat 4 table spoon ghee in pan/ kadai. Add crushed cardamom & 1 bay leaf. Fry semolina & cashew in it very well.Then add milk & cook it for 10 minutes.

Add sugar & raisins.cook it in low flame for 10 minutes.Then add 2 table spoon ghee & 1tsp. cardamom powder.Rest it for 5 minutes with lead.

Garnish with almond & raisin.Kheer is ready to serve. It's really very delicious.
