Crunchy Okara Pretzel Sticks

I rearranged okara stick cookies and made non oil okara pretzel sticks.

When you roll out the dough, lay plastic wrap → dough → plastic wrap over the board. It will make your job easier. After cutting the dough with a knife, if you lightly roll each of the sticks, they will have nice shapes. Roll them gently so that they won't break. Thinner sticks cook faster and become crispy. Recipe by Akito mama

Ingredients

40 servings
  • 150 gramsFresh okara
  • 75 gramsCake flour
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspSesame paste
  • 1 tspSesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

  2. 2

    Lump it all together, and place it on a board. Roll out the dough about 5 mm thick with a rolling pin.

    Cut into 5 mm strips with a knife. Bake in the oven at 180℃/355℉ for about 25 minutes. When they become crispy, they're done.
