Spicy Healthy Noodles

Cooking Instructions

Boil the spicy noodles in a pot for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water three times to remove unhealthy oils, then let them dry.

Wash and prepare the ingredients: thinly slice the cabbage, cut the zucchini and green onion into medium slices, separate the enoki mushrooms, thinly slice the chicken breast, and cut the sausage and fish cake into pieces.

In a pot, melt a little margarine and sauté crushed garlic until fragrant, then briefly stir-fry 1/2 diced tomato. Add a little water and the seasonings, then stir. Pour in 4 1/4 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Next, add the meat, sausage, and fish cake, and boil for 3 minutes. Then add all the toppings except the enoki mushrooms. Boil for 2 more minutes, then add the enoki mushrooms and turn off the heat.

Serve the toppings and soup over the noodles and enjoy.
The noodles are hot and spicy, the soup is rich and aromatic, and the toppings are plentiful and healthy.
