Cooking Instructions

First take 80 Grams of rice.
Now wash and soak the rice in water for 1/2 hour.
After 1/2 hour, remove the excess water and keep the rice aside.
Now, place a wide pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of water, and spread well on all sides.
Now add 1 liter of milk and boil on medium-high flame and keep stirring the milk in between. - 2
While boiling the milk, place another pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and melt well.
Now add chopped almonds, cashew, and pasta into the Pan and roast well. - 3
After some time, add raising into Pan and roast well.
Now transfer all dry fruits into a plate.
After removing the dry fruits in pan, add soaked rice into Pan and roast rice until aromatic. - 4
After the rice is roasted well turn off the flame and take out 2 tbsp of rice into a bowl and keep it aside; we will use it later.
When the milk comes to a boil, take out 2 tbsp of milk into a bowl and add 2-3 pinch off safron stands into the bowl and mix well and keep it aside. - 5
Now add roasted rice into milk and cook well and stir continuously.
Now, take the fried rice we have saved before and add 1 tbsp of cashew nut and 3 tbsp of milk.
Now transfer everything into a grinding jar and grind well and make a fine paste. - 6
Now add rice paste into Pan and mix well and cook until it turns thick.
Now add 5 tbsp of sugar, saffron milk and mix well.
Now add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
Now add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
Now add fried dry fruit, 1 tbsp of Buchanania lanzan(Chironji) into Pan, and mix well. - 7
Now turn off the flame, and your rice kheer is ready to serve
