Wash And Soak sabudana overnight remove water while soaking just keep little water over it.

The next day Sabudana is ready to cook now first roast the peanuts and take them in a separate bowl.

After this take a Kadai to add ghee jeera and green chili when it's splatter add potatoes let potatoes roast then add sabudana salt black pepper mix it well and cover it with a lid to cook for 5 mins.

Lastly add peanuts lemon juice coriander mix it well. Serve hot 🔥.
