Steps

Heat milk on medium heat in large heavy pan. Simmer for 25-30min. Till reduced to half. When it cools down add vanilla essence.

Add chopped nuts and keep into fridge for 3-4hrs and let it become chilled.

Mix cocoa powder, coffee powder and hot water n make semi thick batter.

Mix curd, oil, vanilla essence and half part of milk. Then add vinegar and powdered sugar n mix well for a min. Add prepared choco paste and mix well.

Now add half part of flour mix and beat it well. Then add remaining flour and mix with spatula as cut n fold method. Add to greased tin and bake in preheated oven for 35-40min.

Let it cool down completely and keep into fridge for an hour. Now cut into semi thick slices and keep aside.

Now, take a plate. Add some chilled rabdi, put a slice of brownie in it. Add some rabdi on it and garnish with chopped nuts. Serve directly and enjoy this super, amazing dessert.
