Ingredients

12 servings

120 gramsCake flour (Combine with baking powder, and sift)
40 gramsUnsalted butter
50 gramsSugar
1Egg yolk
1/2 tspBaking powder
15ml, adjust the amount as checking the dough. Milk
1Vanilla essence

Steps

Cream the butter with a butter spatula. Add sugar and mix well.

Add the egg yolk and mix, and add the vanilla essence.

Add the flour and baking powder, and mix briefly. Add the milk while mixing to bring the mixture together.
4

Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Shape them into balls, and wrap with plastic film. Store in the refrigerator.
