Heat a pan, add oil, cumin seed then chopped onions, then ginger garlic paste, green chilli. once onion get nice and soft add tomatoes then add salt now add Cashew and almond and milk

Let it cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame cool down the better and grind together, whild grinding add some water if needed.

Now heat oil in a pan. add Methi leaves.cook it for 2-3 min. then add all masalas now add grinded paste. salt if needed. Cook for 5 minutes add sugar A Pinch then add kasuri Methi, Garam Masala. now let it cook for 5 minutes, now see if oil come out from the gravy add dies cutting paneer.

Again cook it for 10min on a low flame. Our healthy and yummy dish is ready.
