Heat 30ml sesame oil and add veg, bean sprouts, 1 crushed garlic clove, 20g grated ginger, 1 chopped chilli and zest and juice of 1 lemon. Add 50ml soya sauce mixed with 1 tablespoon of honey and simmer until veggies are cooked but still crunchy.

Cook noodles for a minute in boiling water, drain and add to veggies. Serve with nuts and any protein (optional)
