Add 2 tablespoon oil in the pan. Add 3 eggs and spring onion and make omlet

Once omlet is ready transfer it to bowl.

Now heat same pan with oil add copped onions and green chilly.

Add basmati rice and 2 tablespoon soya sauce

Now add omlet and mix well

Add corriender and decorate
