Burnt chilli garlic noodles

In boiling water add noodles, salt,
oil.As the noodles separate, off the flame. - 2
Strain the noodles and refresh with cold water.

Coat with some oil so noodles do not
stick to each other. - 4
Soak Kashmiri red chili in hot water for 10-15 min. Transfer in mixer add
some water and make a paste. - 5
Now in a hot pan add oil, ginger,
garlic, red chilli, and cook till turn
brown. - 6
Add 3 tbsp red chili paste.

Cook till oil separates.

Add green chili paste, sliced green chili, onion, carrot, red and yellow bell pepper, capsicum, cabbage, soy sauce, white pepper,aromat powder,
sugar and toss on high flame for1-2 min. - 9
Add noodles, spring onions, coriander leaves, vinegar.

Stir and toss on high flame for a min.
