  • 2 cupsbeaten rice/poha(thin variety)
  • 1 cupfresh coconut grated
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder

    Mix jaggery, grated coconut and cardamom powder well,

    Add this to poha, sprinkle little water, combine everything well..
